At TCS Group ApS, we need a customer service representative to assist our many happy customers (rated 4.8 on Trustpilot). Therefore, we are looking for a German-speaking customer service representative who wants to be part of a company that delivers quality wool products.
Your primary tasks will include:
• Responding to customer inquiries primarily via email, but also by phone
• Handling returns • Providing all customers with a good experience
We offer you:
• 37 hours of flexible weekly working hours. There may be a need for more flexible working hours at times.
• The employment period is 3 months (November 2022-January 2023), with the possibility of extension. Start as soon as possible.
• Possibility of remote workdays

• Thorough training and an overview of responses to most questions

Your qualifications:
• High energy level and willingness to make an extra effort in busy periods
• Structured, careful, and able to maintain overview
• Good humor and service-minded
• Fluent in spoken German
• Experience in customer service will be an advantage but not a requirement
